Future Workflow
Provider QA Analytics
Providers should be able to review their own dictation history, documentation completeness trends, unresolved follow-up patterns, and improvement areas. Department QA dashboards will remain a separate role-based workflow for submitted charts, alert calls, aggregate trends, and future hospital feedback.
Access Boundary
A provider can pull analytics for their own data only. Department, crew, and agency-wide reporting requires an assigned QA, admin, or owner role.
